Nothing new, according to Rivals. D Green is getting ready to visit Auburn, but continues to be tight-lipped about Michigan or anyone else.
Some of the mods at Rivals "feel good" about Treadwell, but I'm not so sure why they do. Hopefully, they know what they are talking about."in order to lead America you must love America"

No real news like Liney said...
Treadwell hasn't visited anyone in season and won't, he's going to decide very late; potentially January. We'll know a lot more after he visits M, along with his other official visits (Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, etc.)...
Derrick Green probably will pick his college choice sooner, he's considered a M lean by recruiting insiders and a great fit for what Hoke wants to do; run the power (pulling guards) and have a power back that can run between the tackles...
M will likely take another OL, forget the name of him but M likes Dawson's teammate and he's likely a plan B guy for now. They are trying to get the nations top OT recruit to visit, he's likely to stay in the SEC but had M interest early before M filled up on the OL and HAS shown interest in visiting now that there is a spot open again...
M is continuing to recruit Conley and they want him to be part of this class but they are making preparations in case he bolts, they've a couple plan B types that could take his place who might take officials to M over the next couple weeks...
However the recruiting for '14 is starting very early and I'm pretty much ready to put up a recruiting board. I'll probably wait till after I see the visitor list for the Iowa game. IMO visitor lists are one of the most critical areas to see if a player is interested in your program and official offers are one of the best signs of a schools interest in a player. e.g. Demario Jones visited the Big House every opportunity he could and was a lock if offered. M liked his talent enough, had an open spot so they eventually offered.

Reb:
Michigan has a commitment from one of the top 5 QB's coming out of HS next year, if you hadn't heard. He is Shane Morris, a 5 star QB out of Detroit DeLaSalle.
They are also a finalist for Derrick Green a 5 star RB, and Laquon Treadwell a top notch WR.
The trenches are looking good as well. We lost a commitment from David Dawson who caught the wandering eye, but the others that have stayed committed are solid prospects.
I agree that games are won and lost in the trenches. You can have "star" athletes at all the skill position, but if you aren't winning the war in the trenches, you aren't winning the game."in order to lead America you must love America"

Thanks for the info and i totally agree.
I had heard of a top QB being persude. I never really get into college recruiting much just wait to watch the players play when they get there.
Im much more a Pro draft guy and really more of a Pro football fan but i love college also !!!Life of a Lions fan, hope and shattered dreams !!! 8-)

I forget who Sam Webb was talking about on the radio yesterday but some big name player was in town this past weekend and reportedly really liked it. I think he brought both of his parents too and they were impressed.
Sorry that I don't recall the name but I think it was a 2013 kid.
