I think Treadwell would see a team (in M) where he could contribute right away.

And Fred Jackson has been a real trooper, as well. He came there when Bo was still coaching, worked thru the Moeller years, and for Lloyd. He was the only assistant that Rodriguez kept. And now, he's with Hoke.
He's had a fine career. It may be time to bring in some fresh blood with new ideas.
