  • Well I hope you understand now, as I have all along and am pointing out solely for my own ego and also to appear as helpful to others, the folly of whatever it is you were doing.

Show me a kid who's "99% sure" and I'll show you a kid whose 100% uncommitted.

      • I would say that's technically true, but I guess it's good he is considered a strong Michigan lead at this point. That's pretty much what I was saying here:

Get ready to be told that you're basically an Internet stalker who should realize that your dealing with kids.

Where do you have these kids stashed and why?

          • Rocky is an internet stalker who doesn't realize he's dealing with kids. I've tried, so maybe there's someone else who can tell him what he already knows and add in a bonus piece of common sense dressed up as sage advice?

            • Treadwell is up 77% sure today. <end of sarcasm)

              • Good lord. I should have read this thread and picked a side. I think it's a marginally less mind-numbing argument than on the Big Ten thread!

Treadwell is almost surely going to be M (contrary to WM, I ready 81% today), and even if he isn't, they still have other options. Why doesn't everyone just listen to calming, sane voice of WM on this?

Finally, on a non-M recruiting note -- holy shit has Lan-O nailed it. I thought the 10 schollie-per-year thing would hurt them big-time, but jebus, not-so-much. I guess they'll run out soon enough -- and just finish with something like 7 5*/ 8 4* or some such ridiculousness.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
                Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

                • Seriously though. I can't believe that Kiffin has IMPROVED recruiting at SC.

                            • Commitment might be on the way today, this would pretty much fill the class barring significant attrition.
