Depth is certainly there at defensive back, only one kid from the '11 class redshirted (Tamani Carter) which dictates your needs up a lil' though after two relatively large classes, kids incoming should be able to redshirt if needed which balances out all those kids not redshirting from '11.

Poggi will be your DT. Maybe Lacouture, but I don't know enough about him to even opine.
Treadwell, I think, is still your WR.
Then it's Plan B types and it will be interesting to see what Hokattison can do on that front. It's not what I perceive their recruiting strength to be.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

Concur with Poggi. M is probably the leader... Treadwell seems like he's wanting to enjoy the process, take official visits, etc. Still see him as a Wolverine in the end but not as optimistic as I was in February...
Lacouture is favoring LSU most recently, I like him as a 5-tech SDE or maybe a 3-tech DT but he's a guy I think M comes away the bridemaid unless LSU starts picking up some DL's in front of him...
M has plenty of Plan B types at DL, WR that are strong 3-star types (& 4-stars) that I'm waiting to put on my recruiting board till the Plan A types start dropping or showing less interest in M.

WM - any word on Logan Tulley-Tillman? I work in Chicago, and a co-worker who is a big Illini fan told me that Tulley-Tillman told all schools except Illinois to stop contacting him. Any word on him waivering? Last I saw, Tulley-Tillman had indicated he was going to move to Michigan for his senior year. Any info. is appreciated.

Recruiting should start picking up after these recruits get out of school in early June... These recruits should start visiting college campus, who they visit give us a good deal on who is interested and how interested in they are; as is typical these recruits like to talk about how these visits go after to reporters/insiders. Expect new names to come up, some names to drop off the board, etc...
With M's fast start, it's going to be a rather uneventful recruiting process through till signing day. Getting 10 commits in about a week (and 12 in just ove a month) in February/March leaves a lot of down time in recruiting till signing day...
As I've hinted before, the remainder of M's targets are largely national guys who are going to wait till summer, fall before visiting Ann Arbor (and M's competition) and wait to announce till fall or later.

Isaac, Treadwell, Poggi, Vanderdoes are obviously at the top of my wish list...
Isaac seems 'torn' between USC & M and M is in good shape for the next two but far from sure things. Vanderdoes (California) probably stays out west (Oregon) but he's shown interest in at least visiting. Not very optimistic on M's chances till he's back on campus.

Lacouture falls off the board; M probably only taking one more DE to pair with Taco Charlton; options right now are Joe Mathis, Jost Augusta & Jason Hatcher... Like Mathis the most out of them in talent level but he has academic issues according to USC... Hatcher is a teammate of James Quick WR and they have some interest in playing together...
Josh Augusta (Illinois) is a relatively new name and has gotten offers recently from Oklahoma, Michigan, Notre Dame and MSU. Likely to stay in the midwest; probably a fight between ND, M, Wisky, MSU... At 275 lb's, he could grow into a 3-tech...
I see Poggi DT announcing not too long after his next visit to Ann Arbor; it'll be a Bama vs M battle.
