  • Looks to me like Diamond is waiting until the dust settles before he decides. Can't say I blame him. So I'd guess if Garnett chooses M, Diamond chooses elsewhere. And vice versa.

    • Rutgers will be very good when Pitt, Syracuse & WV leave the Big East.

      • Same info on Muller, there was some interest from him in M before Schiano so M has their foot in the door first. He's type of guy that can choose where he wants to go, PSU & Virginia thought to be runner-ups in his last recruitment. Believe this past summer he had planned a visit to Ann Arbor but never did make to M as he committed before he visited.

I think it's 3 PST. So we'll have to wait a bit longer.

          • And here I am sitting here waiting to see what happens. Thanks Sean.

            • Yeah Garnett is at 3pst. After school.

And Diamond is a tackle right? He shouldn't be affected by Garnett I wouldn't think.

              • OT is optimistic for Diamond. I think he's an OG.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
                Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

                • If Diamond thinks he is a tackle he could be influenced by the other OTs in this class.

                  • M is recruiting two interior players in addition to Diamond who thinks he's a tackle but probably is a guard.

                    • Garnett to Stanford.

Oh well. I guess he liked their med school a bit better.

                      • Garnett to Stanford...

                        • Fuck him. Stanford ain't gonna do didly squat for the four years he's there. Harbaugh and Luck are gone and Stanford is set to rejoin the low level mediocrity that it was for so many years.

                          • It was probably more for their med school than anything. Plus, Palo Alto is in the same time zone as Washington, and I suppose its easier for his family to come see him play there.

I have no hard feelings toward him. Sometimes you have to follow your heart, and that's what he did. We still have a great group of OL's coming in. Probably the best we've had in over a decade. We'll be fine.
