Looks like he's going to LSU.

Would've been nice to get him, but I get it. Michigan obviously doesn't run a throw it all over the field, wide open offense. It's not the most attractive system for a kid who's the #1 QB recruit of his class. Oh well. I'm no recruiting expert, but I like what I hear about Carter Smith.

I'm more than fine with Jadyn Davis and Carter Smith going forward.

And Michigan never gets these top 5-10-ish recruits anyway. I'm used to it. I mean they did land Gary & Peppers, but those guys were exceptions. Not the norm. Michigan almost never gets these guys who are at or near the very top of their recruiting classes.

It's a possibility. His numbers weren't impressive last year but he was playing as a freshman. He says he wants to go where he can develop better. I wonder what is asking price is.
