The momentum has stalled. The class is full, unless they want to add a 3-star roster filler type like Ulizio.

This may be about the most comprehensive study of M's - let alone any team's - recruiting that I have ever seen. Eye opening actually. You can draw your own conclusions. From a poster at mgoboard.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

I'm done paying any attention to recruiting experts crystal Ballz. I'll take a look at the signing roster on signing day and maybe pay attention to that.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. Najee was a case of a recruit that committed very early... Lots of 'experts' guessed Michigan because they couldn't guess Alabama as he was a commit...
I'm very cautious of which 'experts' I pay attention to in regards to crystal balls, some are just throwing darts hoping to get 'points' in the crystal ball game while others are excellent and have very good insider connections.

Nico Collins (a favorite of mine) decides on signing day, it'll be Georgia or Michigan. Recent tea leaves say Georgia but M has a chance. In the 'rules' of recruiting, a kid from Alabama is far more likely to play in a neighboring state than play nearly 1000 miles away from home. M is doing pretty good at recruiting receivers:
'17: Donovan People-Jones, Tarik Black & Brad Hawkins
'16: Keoka Crawford, Eddie McDoom & Nate Johnson

Crystal balls are useful if they're from the right people.
WM's point re Najee is key -- no one could CB him to Alabama because he was always committed to them. He had some roll in for him to M, but for the #1 recruit you'd expect 30 or 40 CBs. Most people weren't sure or thought Bama.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
