    There is that ...... Speight had an off night.
    Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

              If that's true then leaving him in there was gross coaching malpractice, since he couldn't hit the broad side of the barn and it wouldn't be a case of him just having the Yips.

                    My recollection of Speight`s injury sequence indicates the worst aspects of it came on his last play. He was checked out pretty well after the first hit. players don't always tell coaches they're hurting.
