      • Good. Send him to prison tonight so he can become "bubba's" boyfriend. Lets see how he likes the shoe on the other foot.

          • heh

Does that mean he's now going to be held accountable?

To be dead serious, though, even though he's been found guilty, the victims and their families now have to still deal with the appeal process that POS Sandusky is determined to put them all through. It wouldn't bother me at all if his jail "buddies" dish out some of their kind of "justice" to that degenerate child molester

            • He will probably serve his time a a minimum security facility with others of his ilk.

              • Few if any sexual pedophiles serve time in "minimum security facilities" They spend time in at least medium security facilities and are usually isolated from other prisoners because of the nature of the crimes. Sandusky will very likely die in prison. As just as that seems. one has to ask again about all the officials at Penn State that knew about his conduct for at least a decade and did nothing about it out of a desire to spare Sandusky's "feelings" as shown by emails that have been revealed in the past few weeks. The defense made a huge mistake fighting to try the case locally. Nine of twelve jurors had direct ties to Penn State and the defense certainly thought those jurors would blame the prosecution for the fall from grace of the program. They also made a huge mistake trying to claim that the victims "were only in it for the money" as though young boys who are raped and sodomized by an adult should not seek monetary recovery for such heinous conduct. It took great courage for the victims of Sandusky's serial pedophilia to come forward, especially when the Judge ruled that they could not testify under pseudo identities. The relatively short deliberations and the overwhelming convictions indicates that the jury believed every single victim and gave no credence to a single person who testified on behalf of Sandusky including his wife and those other coaches who testified it was "normal" to shower with young boys who presumably were not part of the Penn State sports program. The most interesting comment was that of Sandusky's lawyer who publicly announced while the jury was deliberating that he would be "shocked' and "probably die of a heart attack" if Sandusky was aquitted. He knew his client was guilty and this statement is an admission that Sandusky had admitted his guilt to him. Sandusky and Penn State would have been better served by him pleading guilty. As one person yelled as they took him away "rot in hell". Too bad they can't prosecute his wife for her testimony and likely complicity in his crimes.

                • Great post, Stan. There are lots of other stones to turn over, and search for complicity in...........*hork*, Happy Valley. Lots of guilt to go around.

One of his co-counsel said they were trying to climb a Mount Everest of evidence. I don't hink it mattered where this one was tried, he was going down,

                      • Stan, why can't they prosecute Jerry's wife? Listening to the Penn AG last night it sounded like she was laying the groundwork for future prosecutions saying things like "this is an ongoing investigation" etc. I know some of the PSU brass have been charged with perjury but I'd also like to see Mrs. Sandusky and even Mike McQuery have to defend themselves in court.

                        • They could technically prosecute Sandusky's wife but I'm betting that with Sandusky's conviction and sentence that will constitute a life sentence for him that the "investigation" will end except as it relates to the remaining defendants. McQuery will live the rest of his life with the stigma that he never did anything to stop Sandusky but also continued to coach with him. One of the counts that the jury aquitted Sandusky of was having deviant sexual contact with the young boy that McQuery saw being sodimized. McQuery has to live with that.

                          • His lawyers should have recommended to him that he take a plea, and bargain for a say as to where he will be incarcerated.

They looked stupid trying to argue that the accusations were a conspiracy between law enforcement officials and the victims. I wonder if they'll carry that stupidity on into the appeal process.
