How could the Fox announcer possibly think that was going to be ruled a catch? Not only was his foot out of bounds, but he lost control of the ball when he hit the ground.

Unreal. MSU returns the punt to the 2, but loses the game because a defender brushed the kick leg of the punter. I think it was a legit call, even with the flop. The defender hit his leg. They only called the 5 yard version, but that was enough.
