The Big Ten is really pitiful if Minnehaha won two games in conference and they didn't even play Indiana.

I think it will be hard to beat Wisconsin 2 times in one year for Michigan State, though Dantoino seems to have meat-heads number.

I really thought Illinois had turned a corner early on. Then I saw us play them and realized they really aren't that great. And maybe that's when they too realized it.

With OSU and Penn State struggling maybe they will attract someone above their usual pay grade

I figured zook would at least beat Minnesota and probably win a crappy bowl game to finish 8-5 and save his job. He's got to be gone for sure now. The next guy has a big rebuilding job. Zook's recruiting fell off big time the past few years.

It's gotta be hard to recruit for Illinois. Everything about their program is just bland and uninteresting.

I always overrate Illini as there is a good deal of talent in Illinois. They'll probably never keep the best talent in-state away from the Irish but keeping it away from Wisky, Iowa, NW, Purdue and company would allow them to be more successful than those programs.
