No surprise to see Day and Schiano teaming up to cheat. Birds of a feather lose to Michigan together!

I'm not denying Michigan was stealing signals. They were. Stalions devised a great system and unfortunately took it too far. But as this story continues to pan out, it appears that other programs steal signs as well. Are they doing it within the rules? How do we know the answer? Yeah, I know.. the "other teams do it too" defense isn't allowed. Got it.
But other teams do it. And we've only seen the tip of the iceberg on this. Its going to get worse before it gets better."in order to lead America you must love America"

So Tuesday passes with no suspension yet for Harbaugh. Michigan's legal people are standing ready for when or if that comes down.
Will the NCAA's statement that they could not connect Harbaugh to Stalions violations be a sticking point here? Seems it would be counter productive to the conference if they 'concluded' that Harbaugh violated the rules, when the NCAA is telling them that as far as they are concerned, he didn't.
How stupid does the B1G want to get?

Liney, the Big Ten gave Michigan until today to respond to their notice of disciplinary action. I don't know what time today but I'm guessing the suspension will be announced tomorrow. The only question is whether it will be 2 games or indefinitely. The commish can do a two-gamer on his own but going longer than that requires approval from the other league members (I don't know how many).

I believe the U has made it pretty clear to Petitti what there response is. They'll seek an injunction. Now, an unbiased review of arguments from both sides, will blow past all the bs floating around. I'm perfectly willing to accept the judges decision either way on the issue that he'll weigh in on.
I'll add, that if the TRO is not approved, that decision will be appealed. Harbaugh will be on the sidelines in HV. Mark it down.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.
