- Team A may accept the score with penalties for personal fouls and unsportsmanlike conduct fouls enforced on the succeeding kickoff or from the succeeding spot in extra periods.
Instant replay 10-second runoff- With less than one minute in either half and a replay review results in the on-field ruling being reversed and the correct ruling would not have stopped the game clock, the clock will be reset to the time the ball is declared dead by replay and the referee will subtract 10 seconds from the game clock. The game clock will start on the referee's signal. Either team may use a timeout to avoid the runoff.

Id be very surprised if Durkin isn't fired. Kelly at ND survived the crane incident. He should have been fired for that. Certainly the event (the Maryland player death) is being conflated with the culture and by extension the Maryland football culture being labeled toxic. That may not be accurate, fair or appropriate but so goes the search for the guilty and he has a big target on his back. I've also found comments by Peppers who played at M while Durkin was DC there and the rather dismissive attitude of Canada, who is now running practice, to not reflect well on the program or on Durkin.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.
