The kneel down trick play is BS when the refs are telling the defense to take it easy. It didn't even make sense that they would try to kneel down there, the was 53 seconds left a d they had two timeouts and called a timeout to stop the clock before the replay gave them a turnover.Comment

Im going to retract a bit here. While that fake kneel play is legal it isn't really a football play in my mind. Not sure if its bush CGVT, but you have a point.Comment

Actually an actual "fake kneel" is not illegal...if a kneel is simulated we are supposed to blow it dead. In looking at the replay the QB didn't really simulate it he just hesitated and the OL were all in upright position giving the illusion that a kneel was going to take place. Tough to blow that dead but I think this play is a little cheesy IF the officiating crew was telling the AZ players to relax. I could see telling them to "be smart" and not take dive into a knee...but to tell them to relax would definitely be wrong IMHO. But if a player actually simulates a knee...it should be blown dead...NCAA and NFL...Shut the fuck up Donny!Comment
