With that said, Nebraska +17 against OSU seems really really large.

1-2 start. Stupid Sparty pick. Looking good to bounce back to 3-2 going into evening with one toss up and one lock.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

I have a group text with several friends that went to Purdue with me.
Nobody is going to Ohio at Purdue on that Friday night... and we are actually the hardcore Purdue football fans... how few there are.
Again, if you mess with Breakfast Club and take away from family tailgate.... possibility the worst attendance for a B10 game ever (excluding weather related stuff).
Then if anyone actually watches that game on a Friday night (if you are that bored), to see that atmosphere... not good.AAL 2023 - Alim McNeill

3-4 last week; 37-26-1 overall. The thrill is gone.
Northwestern (-13') at Purdue. This is an astronomical number for NW. And it's moved 3 points. I think Purdue is the play, but Good Boiler/Bad Boiler dictates that I ride with Evanston High to somehow cover the nearly two TDs. So, Fitzgerald!
Ohio State (-29') at Maryland. I'll wait for another good game before getting back on OSU train. They won by 52-24 last they were there. Something around there wouldn't surprise me. It's a coin flip, and I'll go with the Turtle to stay within the number. Just not enough confidence in OSU's offense right now. Hopefully that'll change.
Penn State (-7') at Indiana. Franklin has things rolling after miraculous 4th quarter against OSU. Indiana is wavering a bit. The logical play is PSU, but I think IU keeps this one close and maybe wins....well, no, loses tragically. It's IU, afterall. Hoosiers to cover.
Ilinois (-26') at Wisconsin. Badgers seem to be finding their stride. Ordinarily this would feel like a letdown spot to me. But when Wisky gets things going they tend to roll on. There's not a lot of variance to there game. They play good defense. They push teams around. I think they'll get over the number. Badgers.
Rutgers (+14) at Michigan State. I'm not backing Sparty. Rutgers may actually be better than them right now. I'll take the 14.
Minnesota (+7) at Nebraska. Goofers can't cover the big line, but they can show some pluck and keep things close against decent teams. Whether Armstrong plays or not, UNL doesn't inspire a ton of confidence. I'll take the Goofers and the touchdown.
Michigan (-21') at Iowa. Death Star gonna Death Star. I don't see how Iowa keeps this close absent an unfathomable string of events. HARBAUGH!Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

Cannot make up my mind on that MN line. Strikes me a a bit of an overreaction to last week, but this is a really bad spot for the Huskerz to meet up with the Gopherz after roadies at Wisconsin and Ohio State. Was not real happy with having the defense play 86 snaps.
We are getting our starting LG back, and (supposedly) our best OG overall is back in action after an MCL injury in fall camp. Armstrong will start as well.
So, hopeful.
