  • Chip on your shoulder is for teams that aren't good enough otherwise. Alabama hasn't had a chip on their shoulder since 2010.

    • I do.

Anyway, I don't mean to be difficult. You probably know more than me, and Barrett was good against Michigan as a junior. But it was the offensive line that keyed that victory.

Take care, and remember it's only a game. Barrett may be the second coming of Jesus Christ.
Jeezus man, I'm not upset at all. I'm just flabbergasted and tired. Been drinking all day. JT Barrett is a RS JR today. I'll spell it for you, even though I don't want to.

        2014, RS Freshman vs M 176 passing, 89 rushing, 14 pt win
        2015, RS Sophomore vs M 113 passing(on 13 att), 139 rushing fucking 29 point win
2016, RS Junior vs M, will be really good, because he's really good. Their best offensive player. Again, I don't know what else to say. And I'm not upset. At all.

This makes no sense. Nothing to lose? A 12-1 B1G champ still makes the playoff.

          • Calm down. Teams play more loose when they are they underdogs. Just my observation. It doesn't need to be yours.

            • Oracle-- Didn't realize that JTB was a redshirt.

Still, I don't think he's their best offensive player. I could be wrong though. Appreciate your perspectice (although I don't know why you seem so exasperated).

              • Ha, only because you're the only person I've come across who doesn't think he's good.

                • In Columbus, a significant minority would say Samuel.

                  • I've just seen JTB do it way more than Samuel. Good potential on Samuel, but not yet IMO.

                    • Samuel is really good, but they overused him to the detriment of Weber. Samuel had a great play in OT, but I prefer to see more base powere zone with Weber
Or, some inverted veer with samuel. They really did neither in the first half.

                      • That was an incredibly frustrating game...particularly the defense in the 1st half

                        • You guys should be thankful Wisconsin settled for field goals and you guys converted 4th and shorts when you had to.

                          • I'm not sure "thankful" is the right word. OSU is pretty good on 4th and short. Wisky's offense got a little bogged down in the red zone.

It'd been nice if OSU could have stopped Wisky on 3rd down and long up 20-16 when they dropped in an inch perfect pass for 30. But, eh....is what it is...

Ohio State isn't particularly good, but they'll have a shot at the CFP if they can upset M.

                            • If just one of those field goals they settle for is a touchdown, different game... If just one of those 4th and shorts is stuffed, fumbled, etc.; very different ending.

M's schedule gets tougher; a lot of 'average' B1G caliber opponents instead of awful ones; @Iowa, Maryland, Indiana, @Sparty before The Game. Illinois too!

A loss for either of us would be alright for whoever wins the game, 1 loss B1G champ will be in CFP.

                              • Re FGs -- I mean, OSU kicked 3 of them as well and also threw an INT in the end zone for good measure.
