Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.
Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.
If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!
Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.

It saddens me that mo' money for declining quality of presentation is now the driving theme ........ It's like Chuck E. Cheese at 110 decibels now. Lots of clueless noise with no ebb and flow to it. I think some people just have had it with that and are staying home."
The arms race between the major FBS programs and even among some of the also rans seems to be driving the value of entertainment over substantive CFB as most of us once knew it.
I think it's bull shit that ADs say we're selling to what the target audience wants. They don't know what they want any more than Fast Food eaters or Cigarette smokers do.
IMO, people like Brandon have a duty to preserve elements of the game traditionally important to it ...... Marching bands, a focus on the football game instead of a drone of features on the giant score boards and rawk music. It could happen and it could sell tickets to a group of loyalists to football the way it should be presented.
I'd like to see some numbers, marketing surveys on that. I could be way off but I don't think I am. It seems to me you want to court a large loyal base of consumers instead of a small number high rollers that have little interest in the game and will turn off contributions, give up their suites and abandon the team when their declining profits demand it.Last edited by Jeff Buchanan; October 12, 2013, 10:16 AM.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. Seeing a good example of a power team with a good defense bludgeoning its way to a lead against a spread team that plays exciting offense but lacks power and defense.

More bludgeoning.
Wisconsin is just pounding NfW.
I think the badgers look better under Anderson than they did under Bilema. Not sure anyone is sad he is gone. Also, if osu plays Wisky at home, they lose.
