Realize this "settlement" was Michigan saying "we'll accept the full penalties you levied if you agree to stop the investigation and not force us to testify." This points to Michigan realizing: 1) They're screwed on the merits 2) They really don't want to testify under oath
CFB Nerds killing it
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]? Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
I wonder -- which did M do faster? -- backing out of the TRO hearing they were supposedly going to win in the name of DUE PROCESS or playing Ohio State in 2020. I mean, they white-flagged the shit out of both those things pretty damn hard.

At least you've move off being incredibly fucking wrong about M's cheating. And you're definitely right about Ohio State getting destroyed.
So, quite the improvement in the quality of your postings. Though, it's hard to forget how fucking wrong you were...

I didn’t try to predict the outcome of the hearing. No need to group me in with MGoLawyers.
M stole teams signs… like other teams do. M broke a rule of in person scouting due to CS’s shenanigans. Pretty straightforward.
If M continues to win, I seriously doubt they had an advantage when compared to other teams. The result on 11/25 will be telling for me!
