Go ahead and keep believing, "it will come tomorrow" in the face of the high probability the BIG will back down and defer to the NCAA.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

In any event, in the low probability event that the B10 acts, I actually expect the punishment to be fairly muted. HARBAUGH***** would get suspended (IMO), but I'm still leaning toward lighter.
Of course, there's a very high probability the B10 won't act.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

I will just give up with following this nonsense IF it’s delayed again.
My guess to summarize:
- Harbaugh 3 game suspension announcement around noon today.
- M fights back.
- Some sort of settlement where the suspension is 2 games.
- M destroys PSU tomorrow as the players soak in this anger during several hours of travel. The players should be pissed off.
Dinich seems like the most reasonable person covering the story and I will lean on what she said. Though if it’s a 3 game suspension, doesn’t there need to be committee approval? Very interesting.AAL 2023 - Alim McNeill

Everyone's positions have been staked out since last Friday. There was nothing new to the B10 in M's response. There will be no surpises to M in the punishment. But, as a formality, the B10 *may* have had to vote on the punishment yesterday after reviewing M's response.
Whatever. I expect a full apology.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

Also, the 3 games would be for the remainder of the regular season which is all they really need to do for now. That's an "interim" measure and then the NCAA addresses the systemic program wide issues.more fully in 2024. By then, HARBAUGH**** will be gone.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

I'm still trying to figure out why M -- the beacon of utmost integrity -- fired CS if there's "no evidence" he did anything wrong. I'm really puzzling through that.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

Welp, assuming the B10 acts -- and that's very low probability -- I'm very curious to see what they do.
One thing that occured to me is that they do just suspend HARBAUGH***** for the rest of the season and note they're considering other penalties. Then, if M challenges the B10's authority and loses in the preliminary injunction phase the B10 can drop the hammer with impugnity.
Anyway, hard to see the B10 acting and, if they do, hard to see anything other than an apology.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

On the extremely unlikley chance M loses at Penn State, here are the current West tiebreaker records:
Ohio State 7-11
M 7-11
PSU 8-10
Nebraska at Wisconsin will determine OSU v M.
OSU/M need Iowa to sort of lose a couple, I think, to get past PSU.
So, tomorrow could be for the B10 East. If PSU wins, they probably win the tiebreaker. And if M wins -- which is extremely likely -- they just go undefeated and win the East outright.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
