And I'd love to know how "BronxBlue" knows these reporters haven't properly vetted their sources. And I'd love to know what "unsupported" means in his view. It's fucking hilarious.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]? Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
Buchanan is just in full-on denail mode because he's a M true-believer. He's a true believer in the leaders and best bullshit.
So, as of now, there are literally no facts to support any of this. Just speculation from unvetted sources. Ergo, this is a witchunt against a great man and great institution that wouldn't dream of breaking the rules. Ever.
This is where, in a jury trial, the witness on the stand has lost every shred of credibility they started with and people just don't believe them. At all.

Son, we live in a world where college football supports an entire university's athletic budget and that football program must be successful. The Michigan football team has a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Ryan Day and curse the Wolverines. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what we know - that Stalions' loan wolf operation, while tragic, probably saved jobs; and Harbaugh's existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saved jobs.
You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want Harbaugh on that sideline -- you need him on that sideline..
We use words like "honor," "tradition," "toughness." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defeating our enemies on the gridiron. Ryan Day uses them as a punch line.
I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who eats and sleeps college football rivalries and then questions the manner in which it is provided!
I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way.
