Rutgers was drilled at Madison and needed the most Sparty of Sparty miracles to beat a god-awful Sparty team in Piscataway.

I mean, I get that there are no good options for #4, but Rutgers has not, in any way, separated themselves from the pack of mediocrity trailing behind Penn State.
