    • I don't get the MSU line, I would have guessed pick'em or slight nod to the Spartans. -9.5 is one of the weirdest lines I can remember. I mean the Spartans should be able to score, they do have some decent skill players unfortunately those players get to watch Connor Heyward get the touches for another up the gut run. It's so weird, they call plays that are successful but once they get that success it is back to the grind.

      • Northwestern looks bad enough that MSU might be able to cover the 9.5 with their defense.

        • Sparty finds its offense again, and easily beats the Cats. I'd say they'll cover anywhere from 10-13 points.

          • It might be the best Spartan defense of the Dantonio era but it's not a defense that is much of a threat to score. Northwestern gives them fits. MSU fought for the right to play Northwestern on a yearly basis for the alumni in Chicago, but that hasn't helped them.

              • Slowly but surely they are starting to change the offense. We'll see if it sticks.

                    • Michigan @ Washington next season.
                      Ruh-roh.

Illinois was winning 28-14. Nebraska just scored.
HOPE Illinois holds on, but this seems like that classic game where a team like Illinois blows it.

It would be troll for whatever network has Ohio State @ Nebraska/ Scott Frost next week because Nebraska would instantly lose all credibility.

                          • Yeah, they will. Rutgers too but that is truly it...

But a ton of other games I had as likely wins are coin flips at best like Sparty, PSU, ND, Iowa... Buckeyes are a loss... Maryland, Indiana went from easy wins to likely wins...

Both lines were embarrassing and will make the talent around them look way worse.
