OSU proved they can gain a couple of yards on the ground whenever needed. So I would have gone for it on 4th down. Still, the FG was good and the game is tied.

I can't give JTB too much credit for that drive, as he had all day in the pocket on several pass attempts. Still he made a very good throw to put Ohio in FG position.
