Oregon >>> Baylor. Aside from being unable to close the deal (on the road early in the season) they had a good plan to bottle up Mariota.
There playing well right now. I think they have a good chance. I like Dantonio as much as I like BrilesMission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

I can't either. That prune face of his drives me nutz. But he's a proven good coach so, there is that.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. The Spartans match up pretty well with Baylor. Teams run into issues with Baylor because they lack corners to play on islands with the way Baylor spreads the field. MSU can cover 95 percent of the time. I think the OSU game was just a terrible game and OSU is much better than Baylor. It is a harder matchup that Ga. Tech would have been.
Baylor is bad defensively, MSU is really good offensively.
Jeff Buchanan would love Mark Dantonio coaching his team.

Yeah, Michigan State would have been far better off playing GT in the Orange. GT is a bitch with one week to prepare, but entirely manageable for a bowl game. Plus, that would have cost the B10 one bowl spot (the CapOne) which is one less bowl loss.
I think MSU can play with Baylor, though.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
