The Big Ten schedule for those years isn't out yet, and the impact of unbalanced scheduling has yet to be felt. After a few years of playing Nebraska, Penn State, OSU, MSU, and the #2 west division teams, let's see if most programs still have the stomach to play decent non-conference programs. I wouldn't be surprised if at least one of those Va Tech games got moved ala the Oregon game that was originally slated for either 2002 or 2004, IIRC.

Guarantee you quality OOC games will not disappear from the schedule because of this.
