I bet they didn't think about it, but instead adopted a trial-and-error approach to figure out how to best predict this. I will initiate my own trial-and-error approach this evening and will report back to the group later with my findings.

I used to have both a beer can and a bottle cap collection when I was around 8 or 9 years old. I'd ask my dad to buy all kinds of different beer. I'm pretty sure he wasn't a big drinker but he did like the occasional beer. I think it was nice of him to humor me.

Yeah, I noticed those "generic" beers. Unbranded beer--- I think Meijer even carried those for a while back then---did anyone ever buy those? Eventually, the beer companies realized they could re-package that generic beer and bamboozle people into buying it by slapping BudLight labels on them.
