They will do divisions (4 x 5), but unless they want to do an extra playoff week they'll have to figure out a solution. I think it's possible they'll do "rotating" conferences -- the group of 5 remains the same, but they're paired with another division to form a conference and that division changes every year. And you play everyone in your conference (9 games). That'd still fuck Michigan State bigly, but they're going nowhere, so meh.
OSU, M, MSU, Indiana, Purdue
Rutgers, Maryland, Penn State, USC, UCLA
Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska
Oregon, Washington, Illinois, NWC,

The Jeremiah Smith to Calvin Johnson comparison might actually be legit. Smith is smaller than Johnson, but I can definitely see some similarities when it comes to skills. Perhaps Smith has better hands… or I wonder if Julio Jones is the better comp. It’s also crazy how he’s doing this as a true freshman.
