I'm not a patient person, but I continue to think it'll be well worth the wait for the full exposure of M's "scouting" program and the justice dispensed. But, I've been wrong many times, so....

I think it may be even worse than I thought. I mean, obviously CS wasn't a lone wolf. That's laughable. Obviously Minter used him. But they'll prove that all day.
I've long known about the Weis computer allegations. But that's looking more and more like it's true. I think that' MIGHT be a separate NCAA investigation, but that's one where, if true, there's no plausible excuse other than "don't let us hack your computers."

That story has been on 11W since last fall and I haven't once posted it here because it was, at the time, message board stuff.
IMO, it's credible enough -- like I'm pretty sure it happened -- to at least mention it as an allegation. Could be totally wrong, but I don't feel like I'm posting pure message board shit.
The pure message board rumor is over FIFTY hours of OSU practice film.

If I have this correct, UofM Campus Police, joined by the FBI are investigating "unauthorized access to UofM computers" in violation of Michigan's Standard Practice Guide policies under code 601.07, which covers UM's information technology. The U conducted it's own internal investigation and believed Weiss was the perpetrator. He was asked to attend a meeting on these concerns and failed to show. He was fired for cause (failure to attend the meeting) according to a statement released by the U in response to a FOIA request from the Detroit News. The U did not release any evidence they had to support the allegations against Weiss. As far as we know, as is standard FBI practice in these matters, Weiss has not been identified as a target of an FBI investigation.
Right now, the sign stealing allegations involving Conner Stallions, are a separate issue from the Weiss allegations that involves the joint investigation by M campus Police and the FBI. I think it's worth acknowledging that the FBI would not have gotten involved in the Weiss investigation if computers that were inappropriately accessed are allegedly out of state. A documentary covering the Stallion's affair will run on ESPN tomorrow where Stallions is believed to give his account of his activities involving the alleged sign stealing.
A NOA from the NCAA related to an investigation into an in-person scouting and sign-stealing operation being run by a Michigan football staffer has been received and acknowledged by M. The NCAA released this statement:
"The NCAA can confirm that a Notice of Allegations has been distributed to the school and involved parties in the Michigan investigation," the NCAA said in a statement. "To protect the integrity of the infractions process as the case progresses forward, the NCAA will not provide any further comment on the specifics included."
A draft of the NOA was released a week before the actual NOA being delivered to M by the NCAA. In that draft it is revealed that Harbaugh, former linebackers coach Chris Partridge and Denard Robinson, formerly assistant director of personnel, are all accused of Level I violations. Moore is probably among that list of accused and if he is, he could be viewed as a second offender as he already served a suspension for unrelated recruiting violations.
The link below is to a video of a Josh Pate segment. I've heard of him but don't follow him. Others I've read recommended Pate as having a level headed and unbiased commentary on the NOA. He does not comment on the Weiss allegations. He does do a good job of separating the available facts from speculation. There are two things I like about the commentary: (1) He questions the intent, timing and source of the the leak of the NOA draft and the release of the NOA itself. (2) He points out that in this case, unlike others in the past when the U's rep is questioned, M appears to be prepared to fight the NCAA's allegations mainly because allegations include accusing the U of creating an atmosphere of cheating (implied), not cooperating with and non-compliance with NCAA rules and regulations.

Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

.... until we leak the information to our favorite reporters ....
"The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I'd worn them for weeks, and they needed the air"
And M has been leaking the NOA stuff. Any time Auerbach or Wetzel report something, that's straight from M. And that's who was reporting it first. The NCAA, of course, was then asked to confirm it.
