              Again, FWIW, my issue (which isn't a big deal at all) happens whether I am on wifi or cell data. AT&T. Xfinity wifi.
              I feel like I am watching the destruction of our democracy while my neighbors and friends cheer it on

                    Yours is different. You're still loading the web site, just not the page you want to get to. That's why I suspect a caching problem.
