Wings still have to play Vancouver and LA, and Columbus owns the tiebreaker. It's possible to get in, but it's unlikely at this point. This is as good a time as any for the streak to end. Unlike college sports. there is no recruiting advantage associated with making it into the post season. Whoever gets in 8th is going to get swept by Chicago anyways. Meh. They've won 3 of 4 on this trip. If they split the final two, they're in good shape. To get swept in the first round.
