So far we have Xfinity Mobile (which uses Verizon towers) and Verizon. I'm wondering if they're having DNS issues.

Again, FWIW, my issue (which isn't a big deal at all) happens whether I am on wifi or cell data. AT&T. Xfinity wifi.

Yours is different. You're still loading the web site, just not the page you want to get to. That's why I suspect a caching problem.
