I think they ruled he didn't cross the goal line before dropping it, but since no Texas player tried to recover it, they kept it with KSU at the 1/2 yard line.

They definitely ruled that, I just don't see how they did rule that based on the replays they showed us.

Yeah, and in two fewer games. sCam had ~4,300 total yards vs. 4,600 for Manziel, again, in 12 games vs. 14.
