I'm not suprised by Ohio State. And UNL doesn't surprise me that much after trying to get tickets last season. Big demand and a rinky-dink 50,000 seat stadium or something. Heh.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

No, I think I had it right. K-State would be rinky-dink stadium and no demand. At least you shitkickers still have a demand to squeeze into that cracker box you call a stadium.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

With that said, you can throw head-to-head bowl records into the garbage can. Bowl records are wildly skewed by whether conferences tend to play "up" or "down". The Big Ten constantly has to play "up". Sometimes brutally so. Think of all of the times that our second place team has had to play a team like USC. The Big Least constantly plays "down". The SEC tends to be on the "play down" side.

I'm more sick of people complaining about Notre Dame than I am about Notre Dame.
And there's almost nothing that baffles me more than non-ND fans' obsession with ND joining a conference. College football is more entertaining with ND as an independent than it is with them in a conference.
Period.
Case closed.

story.
