Anyway, the committee got the right 4 teams, but put them on the wrong order. But that’s academic, they got the right teams and getting in is all that really matters.

TCU is a fringe Top 10 team. But teams shouldn't be punished for 1 close loss in an extra game. Personally I hope the CCG's go away after the 12 team playoff arrives. Play an extra conference game. Fuck the CCG's. They are irrelevant anymore in todays landscape of CFB. The winners don't really gain much usually...there really hasn't been a team make it due to a CCG win...but plenty have gone down in a CCG where they were clearly the best in the conference that year and absolutely a top 4 or 5 team in the country...but got fucked in the CCG. There weren’t a ton of 11-1 teams. There were a ton of 10-win teams. Nothing to separate the 10-win teams, and when that happens, you default to the 11-win.
Alabama losing on the last play on the road with a hurt Bryce is just an excuse. Winners don’t make excuses. They find a way to adapt, overcome, improvise a way to win. Refs fucked you? Fuck that. The blame lies with Nick for allowing the two worst coordinators in major college ball to call UA their employer.
Rumor is that Nick has let BOB know to move back to the NFL (or else) and maybe he can do the same thing with Gelding.
