If TCU doesn’t drop, they will be the first team in CFP history to do so. They did not lose to a playoff team. They lost to a 3-loss suckbutt in December in their CCG. Come on, people.
We can argue if they are more deserving than Bama (they are) but they absolutely have lost the #3 spot.

Kansas is a top 10 team per the committees own ranking. So both TCU and Ohio lost their last game, one by blowout loss at home to the #2 team and the other by 3 points in overtime on a neutral field to said top team. With both teams having 1 loss there is not much difference.
All that said, I’m sure Ohio will go up to #3. They will hope for a Ohio v Georgia title match up and settle for a M v Georgia.Comment

I know the game went to OT - where KState won- but TCU was outplayed the entire game.
TCU is a midmajor that got a desperation P5 invite when the BigXII started bleeding teams and was in danger of being dissolved. They’re not gonna get the benefit of the doubt that Georgia (and others) haven’t gotten with the Committee. If they do, it will be a more egregious bribe job than FIFA having the WC in Qatar.

One thing for sure is you see how tough it is to play any team in these Championship games. Must be nice to sit on your azz and relax and not worry about injuries while other teams battle it out and lose in the extra game. Stupid, but the best teams are Georgia Michigan OSU and Alabama.
