I thought there was some sort of B1G rule that states all stadiums must seat a certain capacity. A stadium with 35K would be about the average size for the MAC. Central Michigan has had 30K+ for some games back years ago. I believe even Rynearson Stadium in Ypsi seats more than 35K. Maybe this is NW's way of shutting out visiting fans.

And 800M (nearly a billion $) for a stadium that only seats 35K? Yeesh... I think Jerry's World only cost 1.2 billion when it was built, and it seats nearly 100K
