And Minnesota is about to give the Big Ten its first Bowl victory. Not many gave the Goofers Gophers a chance in this one.

Recruiting-wise, we're almost into crunch time, but there are shockingly few decisions yet to come.
There are 3 uncommitted kids in the top 10. Sarell is the only kid where there is some doubt (Wash or Stanford?). The other two are clear: M. Wilson-LSU (boo); Okudah-OSU (yay). Holmes and Lewis are the only other 2 uncommitted in the top 25. There's still some drama there, I guess. Lewis could go UNL, but will probably go USC. Holmes is UCLA/OSU. I'm still skeptical he leaves the West Coast and his best coaching relationship, despite all the OSU smoke.
After that it is:
31. Solomon (Probably staying south; M still a legit chance)
34. Austin Jackson (seems like USC)
40. Deangelo Gibbs (Georgia)
43. L. Ray (Bama)
45. Devon Hunter (VT -- based on Crystal Balls only)
49. Jeff Thomas (lots of folks think Illinois, but man...it's Illinois)
There are 14 more uncommitted players from 51-100. But that's still only 25 total top 100 kids. Of course, there are flip opportunities, and outside of Najee flipping to HARBAUGH!!!! I'm just not up on where those could come from.
So, Georgia has a great class and will probably add enough to get to 300. M has a shot at 300 if everything goes their way. FSU has a really nice top-loaded class. Not sure what else they add, though. USC is going to vault up the rankings adding probably another 4 or 5 top 100 kids. And I'm sure Clemson will add some real quality (starting with Xavier McKinney) to end up with another top-shelf, lower numbers class.
Speaking of Clemson, I think they're more likely than not to land 3 of the top 4 kids (current ranking) in the 2018 class. So, yeah. Fucking Clemson. Then you throw in Alabama and their hording of top players, another stupid good OSU class and HARBAUGH!!!, and it's the rich getting richer.
Finally, the top 6 players in Texas will all leave the state. That has to be a record of some sort. #7 is going to TT. #10 is going to aTm. Nos. 8 and 11 are probably staying in-state, too. But 11 of the top 15 will leave Texas, including M's boy Filiaga (14th in the state...to give you guys an idea).Last edited by iam416; December 29, 2016, 09:02 AM.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
