      • This may be a controversial opinion, but I think the big XII might just not be good.

        • On the ESPN final rankings show, M comes in at 6th and not a word is said about M. Lots about PSU and then a jump to OU. It still amazes me that a tie-breaking "rule" lets PSU into the CCG when they are the 3rd best team in the East. If the same kind of thing happens next year, UM would go to the CCG, and few UM fans think that next year's team will be as good as this years.

Washington had the 127th toughest schedule. ( out of 128) What this says is to get a cupcake non-conference schedule and win your conference. Shoot, they dropped OSU to third after Clemson's CC last night.

          • Look ...... M was given their chance to prove they were the best team in the BIG. They're not and Iowa and osu and most of all Michigan itself proved that.

Like I said ...... big yawn for me in the post season. It was all there for M. Fact of the matter is that they were a shitty road team. It's going to be harder on the road in 2017, IMO. Open in Arlington, TX v. UF, @ HV and @ Wisky. Given the way M played on the road with a great defense that is not going to be that great in 2017, I see a rough road ahead. If I were picking things to fix, playing better on the road - a mental thing more than anything - has to get fixed and right behind that or 1a - the OL.

If those issues persist, will have a repeat of 2016 with M on the outside looking in and a lot of disillusioned M fans wondering if Jim Harbaugh is as good of a CFB coach as all those fans built him up to be.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

            • I have a question for M fans: let's say Bama and Ohio State meet in a he title game, who do you want to win?

Death Star Bama and SEC Hegemony Continued or B1G pride but the most hated rival who kept you from the CCG and the playoff?

You're asking me do I want Bashar Assad or IS to prevail in Syria.

                • Interesting. We have achieved 'equally hated' status with Ohio State in your eyes, Jeff. I think that's kind of awesome.

All I can say is if Auburn, Tennessee, or LSU were to play M, well, Go Blue.

                  • "Achieved" as if the needle moved in some sort of unfavorable way for Bama, no.

Alabama is what they are ...... a representative of why every responsible CFB fan should hate the SEC, ESPN and Paul Finebaum.

osu? There is no comparable level of stench when it comes to that program.

                    • Well, when you don't care if Ohio State wins a NC because they are playing Bama, I view that as success.

Why are you complaining about the tiebreaker rule? It had no impact on Michigan.

He hasn't coached in Texas before... they might be a challenge. Has coached at UCLA and Western Carolina, but most of his time as a player and coach has been in the northeast.
