Please support the Forum by using the Amazon Link this Holiday Season

Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.

Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.

If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!

Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.

Stay safe and well and thank you for your participation in the Forum and for your support!! --Deborah

    • Congrats Drok! Will you be making it to any games this year? I understand that may be a challenge.

      • Trying to figure that out. The big question mark is if I bring my oldest son, Des. He's 4 years old. Debating between an actual game, just the tailgate or waiting until next year. The youngest doesn't show signs of travelling well either, so a 3 hour drive to stay at my parents' place in Windsor isn't too appealing right now either. But, I think I'll make it for at least 1 and maybe 2. I haven't pin-pointed those yet.

        It's all a fluid situation...

          • Congrats Drok and wife!

4 is okay to bring the kid. Both my boys saw their first game at that age. One was a breeze, the other not so much. Neither lasted the entire game though.

My father brought me to my first game at the ripe old age of 11 months. Must have been cuz I was the perfect baby...much like I'm the perfect adult...

Although I agree 4 is fine. At that age my son could read the safeties and tell you what defense was showing. He knew the offensive sets by 2.

I made him run skels at 3.

Wait. My kids were not ready for a spring game at 4. If you want to watch or focus on the game it won't happen. Jmo
