Maryland had a good start v. osu scoring first but the Bucks have scored the last three to lead 21/7.
Probably Edsall's last game for the Terps.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.
I will say this on the second down play, inside their own 10, where the Maryland QB runs a read option. If he had kept it, it would have probably gone for another TD.
osu had the outside play dead to rights but they over played it big time. This is the kind of thing that exposes a defense. Mistakes like this demonstrate some questionable coaching/adjustments.

Baylor 66, Kansas 7, still in the third. The Bears will probably go into shutdown mode in the fourth quarter, and they'll still have a decent chance of hanging 80 on the Jayhawks.
Also in the Big XII, Bob Stoops is going to be fielding some unpleasant questions. Even if OU comes back against Texas(which looks kind of unlikely at this point), the Sooners just looked awful in the first half. I know Texas has been terrible(until today), but there's no excuse for not getting your team ready to play in a rivalry game, and OU wasn't ready to play.
Wake even tried to give BC the game. They had the ball inside their own 15 on 3rd down and with about a minute left. BC has no more timeouts. They fumble and BC recovers.
Now a normal team, at worst you're going into OT. But BC's kicker is apparently an abomination. Kicking was never an option. With 56 seconds they run the ball. With 46 seconds they run the ball and get a first down down at the 1 yard line. At the 1 yard line they run the ball again with 28 seconds left. They get stuffed, a ton of time rolls off the clock before the refs spot the ball, and they don't get another play off. Wake Wins. Addazio rips off his headset and spikes it into the ground. LMAO
DSL, I am worried about you --- why are you watching BC-Wake???
Heh heh...most of the late afternoon games were duds by 6 o'clock and I saw the score 3-0, Wake, late 4th quarter on my phone...so I sez to myself: I gotta see this shitfest. And shitfest it was! It was highly entertaining in its own beautiful way
