Not an expert on this, but the evidence is McQueery saying that Bradley said Schiano said he saw something (whew, difficult sentence) and Bradley says he never said that and Schianao said he never saw anything?

Schiano was never sued or indicted, correct? Also, wasn't McQueery's honesty or "memory" questioned?
