ESPN is reporting Tennessee has backed out of a Memorandum of Agreement regarding UT's HC job with Greg Schiano.
There's a couple of tweets from high ranking politicos in the state that said they had contacted the Athletic Department and voiced their strong disapproval of a Schiano hire.
His alleged failure to report an incident involving observing Sandusky "doing something" to a boy (according to McCleary testimony) was the basis for the disapproval.
Schiano was never charged or sued in civil court and has denied the allegation.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.Comment
