Well Western was really hanging tough vs Wisky but Zach Terrell just pulled a Speight and threw a pic from his own end zone in the 4th leading to a Badger TD.
They really are not.. They lost to NDSU for a reason.
How the UNL team that played Wisky to OT could lose to them is a lesson in injuries and senior leadership giving up. Several on the team quit after the OSU loss (imo)

Welp, the Rose has kicked off with the Champion of the Big Ten, PSU, facing off against USC who won the spot by default when the Huskies went to the CFP and got hammered.
It's unwatchable.
PSU won the toss and elected to receive, promptly fumbled the kick-off and recovered on their own 3. Next play, McSorely throws a deep ball that's picked by a USC DB with not a PSU player in sight. Weird but shows PSU is not going to win big games with McSorley tossing it around wildly - something he got away with against the likes of Purdue, a terrible MSU, Rutgers and Maryland.
USC then went three and out from the PSU 38 and missed a 51 yard field goal attempt.
The beat goes on. On McSorely's next pass attempt, he threw another pick. USC scored off that one but they look almost as bad as PSU.
Only the best of the PAC12 and BIG10 go to the Rose.

Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.
