  • The annoying thing is we still don't know just how good Washington is. Everyone they've destroyed has been destroyed by other mediocre teams.

They're obviously the best of the PAC-12, but it looks like they won't really be tested. Maybe @ Utah? Maybe Colorado in the title game?

    • Iowa was smoke and mirrors last year. Was surprised they almost won the B1G.

      • They didn't play anybody!

        • Washington is really talented on both sides of the ball, tough to see them losing more than once. They've got gimmes then Utah, USC and maybe Colorado in Pac 12 CG left.

          • Washington State usually plays them tough no matter how good either team is.

The South is between Utah, AZ State, and Colorado. I'm not sure which of those is best but I tend to not think Colorado. AZ State is @ Colorado next week

            • Colorado certainly needs their QB back to have a chance at their division.

              • Washington is good. They and Stanford will run the PAC10 in the near future. USC will need to make a great hire to consistently beat those teams.

                  • Michigan and OSU will not both go to the playoff. It will take a miracle for 2 teams from the same conference to make it and that won't be this year's B1G.

                    • If Clemson loses I could see it. The Big 12 ain't getting in...and the ACC needs an undefeated Clemson to get in.

                      • The ACC has more good teams than the B1G. If Clemson falls off Louisville will take their spot.

The selection committee will not even consider taking 2 teams from a 2 team conference. B1G, PAC-12, SEC and ACC champs will make it.

                          • 1-loss P5 conference champs will make it in before any 1-loss teams do. Conference championship games are nearly a play-in...

For the loser of The Game to get spot in CFP, they'll need a couple of Pac 12, Big XII & ACC champs to have 2-losses.

                              That all seems resonable.
