OU President Boren's comments have made quite a stir in the dull off-season summer months. At least on some Big12 boards. Seems that not everybody in that league is all that happy with the existence of the Longhorn Network or remaining at ten.
Dunno if there's any realistic chance of them falling apart in the next ten years but there's a fair share of Kansas and Oklahoma fans kinda rooting for it. Fans of teams like Iowa State, Kansas State, Baylor, and TCU obviously will do anything Texas says since they really have nowhere else to go but down.

BIG basketball is already a powerhouse without KU and their empty high school football stadium. It would be fun to see them in BIG play, but it'll be another mouth to feed.
As ent said, IDK that OU has the rep that the BIG presidents will accept. Their resume has some pretty serious black marks on it...like institutional stuff. They're an added value school though.
Kansas State is toxic IMO...their only saving grace is a 75-year old football coach. Once he's gone, they're Iowa State. Or maybe even Pittsburg State. Nobody wants to sign on for that liability.

OU is not getting in the B1G ever. Never happen. Texas will never join a conference where they can't dictate the rules. So that ain't happening. I don't see KU getting in either...but wouldn't totally shock me. Iowa State or KSU...pffffft.....double pffffft....there just isn't a lot of great-viable options out there fellas...Shut the fuck up Donny!

He got the boot because he is only a 3-star QB and Everett Golson is the starting lock. FSU, FSU Campus security and Florida Law Enforcement have covered up for criminal behavior often in the past.Last edited by Prime2; July 7, 2015, 01:11 PM."Whole milk, not the candy-ass 2-percent or skim milk."
