Riley just had a run for ND lore on that 3rd down. And what a crazy sequence by Freeman to get the 1st down on the offsides. Never saw something like that before.

I'm not really a Domer hater. I like Marcus Freeman - good coach who ND's AD stuck with after he had a rough start to his HC career at ND. The play he called/probably designed where he tricked GA into an offsides on 4th and 3, giving ND a first down enroute to an important FG to put ND up 23-10 was brilliantly executed ...and that was the final.
I'm not at all a UGA fan. Never cared much for Kirby Smart's sideline antics. "SE-LEAST" is a great meme as both Bama and UGA go down in their final games of the season. SEC has racked up 7 losses so far including two top 10 rated teams, UGA and Alabama, in their total of 15 bowl games. SEC with two games to go.

Georgia was ripe for the taking all year. A lot of the top teams in the SEC were just not as good as they have been in the past.
This playoff has been good for college football. Spread the wealth.Comment
