That's not quite how it works. The top 4 seeds get a first round bye and the bottom 8 play at campus sites (4 games). Then once the quarterfinal field is set, they'll incorporate the major bowls. I can't remember if there is a spot reserved for the highest ranked G5 team like in the current format but based on the current rankings alone, you'd have:

Ole Miss @ FSU
PSU @ Oregon
Louisville @ Texas
Missouri @ Bama

I wonder if they'll try to avoid conference matchups in the first round like they do in hockey. In that case they'd probably flip Missouri and Louisville.
