Among those 4 no sane person who is casting a vote puts the Domers in there. I think it's close between Cinci and M.
That's where I'd have it. Notre Dame really can't jump UC. Ohio State really can't jump M. The only other team that might be able to jump up is Baylor, I guess, but I doubt they throttle Ole Miss. So, I think the top 4 is pretty well set.

    • IF da Bears take Ole Piss behind the woodshed they COULD end #3. Not happening though. I would say who ends up #3 depends on Bama-UGA Part Deaux.

      • Michigan and Cincinnati should almost certainly drop two or three spots each. Neither game was close.

        • Pollsters can't wait to drop Michigan like a rock. I think they're headed for somewhere between 7 and 10. Some SEC and Eastern media types will probably drop them into the teens.

No way do they end up in the top 3-4. Nope.

You're wrong.........they will because they are. Would you like me to write a 10 paragraph tome on why? No? Then STFU with you're Debbie Downer shit.

Michigan is a very good football team that got beat by one of two teams that have absolutely separated themselves from numbers 3-10. But, all things considered I'd put M at the top of that 3-10 group. #10 (whoever you feel like belongs there) is a looooong way from #2, closer to number 4 but there's some distance between say M at #3/4 and ND or Baylor at #5. The separation between teams 6-10 and # 3/4 gets wider in each interval.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

            • Write all the paragraphs you like, Jeff.

I stand by what I said. The voters can't wait to drop Michigan down, especially after the showing last night.

I know Michigan is a very good football team. That's a hard sell in most of the country today, but among Michigan fans, we know the truth. Michigan is a very good football team. They caught Georgia at their very best last night. Georgia would have beaten Alabama last night. They were that good. But Michigan is still a very good football team, and proved it throughout the season. Their last two wins were among the best I've ever witnessed. But, that is totally lost on pollsters who vote on these matters.

Michigan D.E.S.E.R.V.E.S to be ranked around #3 or #4 when all this is over with. That's my opinion. I'm sure it will be roundly ridiculed here in the Michigan Forum.

Where I THINK they'll be ranked is somewhere around 7-10. That's been my experience in watching the polls.

              • You’re paranoia is off the charts insane when it comes to M. I’d literally bet every cent I have that M will be in the top 5.

And your prediction isn’t based on any actual fact-based experience. Because there’s nothing that’s ever happened to justify a drop to 7 or more.

                  Plus with the Domers losing...it's a done deal...M at #4...Cincy #3...Baylor-Ole Piss winner #5...

                  • 1 thru 4 were set when the tourney was set up. Why would any team that wasn't playing one of the top four teams jump into the top 4. That seems kind of silly

And really. Who gives a shit? If you ain't first, you're last

                      • Lets just watch the next coaches' poll.

Name a Big Ten coach besides Harbaugh that will vote Michigan in the top 4.

Name a SEC coach that will vote Michigan into the Top 4.

Name a Pac 12 coach that will vote Michigan into the Top 4.

                        Ready .. set .. go.

And do we really have to discuss where the big shot eastern media is going to put Michigan?

                        LOL
