    Notre Dame is one of those jobs where when you walk in, you know what you're getting in to. They deliberately stay out of real conference play so they can set up a favorable schedule for a national championship. I like it every time they fail.

    I figure Kelly has 1-2 more seasons to get them back in championship contention or he'll be gone. If Meyer is still available, he'll get a phone call.

                        I really try to not judge but, damn, this just so fits MSU's athletics and the steaming pile of shit surrounding all of it. Rape, a diddler doctor who sexually assaulted female gymnasts, the over ups of both..... now PEDs. Not shocked. Also not shocked by Dantionio's statement. Sickening. Just more rationalizing bad behaviors inconsistent with any ethical approach to college athletics.
                        Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

                                If they lose (and they're running out of time) then the G5 New Year's Day participant is probably going to be the Mountain West champ (more than likely Boise State) or the American Champ (very up in the air)
