It doesn't become law until 2023 and for now it's just CA but this is a big deal. The CA law still has to be signed by the governor but allows student athletes to make money from their images or reputations. Application is extensive. The NCAA will oppose it and has threatened to ban CA schools from bowls.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.Comment
